Cabaret Squidoo

A cabaret is defined in my Flip Dictionary as a restaurant with entertainment and that’s sort-of what you will find here.  Although Cabaret Squidoo is not an actual restaurant, it is an extraordinary collection of delicious recipes each served up in an entertaining way. 

For those of you not yet aquainted with Squidoo.com, let me explain.  Squidoo is a social networking site where people from around the world share their ideas and expertise by way of making lenses (pages) about the things they love. 

Squidoo has been favorably mentioned several times in the New York Times newspaper, most recently here.

Cabaret Squidoo will point you to the best food and cooking lenses that I’ve found (or made) at Squidoo.  These recipes can not be found in cookbooks.  They are all tried and true, home made recipes presented by the people who cook them and each one is presented in it’s own special way. 

Along with the great recipes on these lenses, you “might” find tips, polls, places to share your own recipes, pictures, videos, recommendations for the best cooking products, and all kinds of other information that you would never see in a regular old cookbook.  I say “might” because each recipe lens is personalized in its own way, by its own creator.
