Ah, I actually TASTED one of Chef Keem’s wonderful coconut macaroons not too long ago when I received several of his AgaSweet flavored sweeteners. Hubby got a bit too. May I say, I have never tasted any such macaroon with such delicious and chewy taste. It’s a high recommend from me!
Those look fabulous, I will have to give them a try. Was munching on some store bought non-chocolate covered macaroons and I thought I’d check out some recipes. I imagine they are 1000 times better w/chocolate.
