You know, if it is Friday -- it is -- it is our day to visit one of our favorite Thai restaurants to have Thai style chicken red curry. I used to have it pretty spicy, 8.0 or more. Now I ask for medium and sometimes add spices depending on how I'm feeling that day. Thanks for the feature along with all those other great chicken recipes. Ah, Robin!
