I think with the economy in such an uproar lately, people are really coming back to good old fashioned, money-saving home cooking and in my opinion, that’s really good news!
I came across this super easy, super tasty, casserole recipe yesterday and I had to share.
Broccoli-Rice-Sausage Casserole is a great way to feed a crowd some good old fashioned comfort food without breaking the bank. The recipe lens contains complete photo enhanced instructions so you just can’t make a mistake. In fact, the “chef” states right on the lens that her only complaint with the 30 year old recipe is with the amount of dishes that need to be done afterwards.
