		<description>Ah, my dear! You have excellent taste in featuring some of the most interesting foods and recipes.  It was not that many years ago that I discovered Basa catfish in our local Publix seafood department -- at that time, you bought it by the pound.  Now, it has become more popular and is available in Publix labeled bags, with each fillet in its own plastic bag.  I routinely buy Basa each shopping day.  Hubby loves it -- particularly with cayenne pepper or red curry that is left over from my chicken red curry.  Thanks for the mention my dear -- you are too sweet.</description>
