Feast Style Sausage and Peppers Recipe
Some years back my family and I had the pleasure of helping out my in-laws by working the San Genarro Feast in NYC where we learned the secrets to making authentic feast-style sausage and pepper sandwiches. This is the recipe for the ones that smell so good you just gotta have one (or two) before you head home from the fair.
