Limoncello is a delightful little liqueur that goes well as an after dinner drink but can also be enjoyed anytime you want something light and tasty.  My husband and I  both love it but until finding Limoncello di Capri I had no idea that you could make your own limoncello by simply using fresh lemons, vodka, and sugar.
