Limoncello is a delightful little liqueur that goes well as an after dinner drink but can also be enjoyed anytime you want something light and tasty. My husband and I both love it but until finding Limoncello di Capri I had no idea that you could make your own limoncello by simply using fresh lemons, vodka, and sugar.
The Limoncello di Capri lens is one of my very favorite places to visit online and I’m not the only one who thinks that way. This lens consistantly ranks as one of the highest ranking lenses at Squidoo.com and with good reason. In addition to the great limoncello recipe you’ll find there, the Limoncello di Capri Squidoo lens also contains interesting information about the history and origins of limoncello and beautiful pictures of the Italian regions of Capri and Sorrento. You’ll also find the best places to find fresh lemons online, limoncello serving pieces, and other fun lemon products. You can even take a video tour of the famous Blue Grotto.
